The staff was amicable and accommodating, providing info to us. Appreciated the smooth check-in too. Rooms were brand-new and attractive with vintage decor, we could use climate control, multi-channel TV and a dining area...

Had a great stay over New Year's! The location was perfect - close to the popular street eats and hip cafes, yet away from the main street for a peaceful stay. I especially loved that it was accessible to Jonker and the Pedestrian Bridge, so I didn't have to worry about driving and dealing with weekend traffic. The hospitality of the owners was outstanding, as they were so helpful with parking and even upgraded our room into a triple room. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there was no information about the stairs to the house beforehand, which was an issue for my elderly parents.
